Oral anticoagulants

Use the search engine to see if the condition for which you are taking oral anticoagulants is a reason for exclusion.

If you are taking warfarin, you must wait 2 months to give blood.

If you are on anticoagulant treatment due to cardiovascular disease, axillary vein thrombosis, or if you have experienced thrombosis or thrombophlebitis on two or more occasions, we regret to inform you that you cannot be a blood donor.

For other cases not covered above, you can contact atencioaldonant(ELIMINAR)@bst.cat or call (+34) 93 557 35 66. We will share your case with our medical team to resolve your query.
