Low blood pressure

You can give blood if you normally have low blood pressure and, at the time of donation, your systolic pressure is not below 90 mm Hg (top number) and your diastolic pressure is not below 50 mm Hg (bottom number). 

It is important that you drink plenty of fluids before donating.
