If you have visited Bhutan, you will have to wait 4 months from when you left the country before you can give blood. However, if you only travelled to the districts of Bumthang, Gasa, Haa, Paro and Thimphu, then you must wait 1 month before you can donate.

If you are a native of a country with endemic malaria or have resided there for more than 6 months, and you have travelled to Bhutan, you will have to wait 4 months from when you left the country before you can be a blood donor.
